Prohibited Products & Services

1. General rule

Everything offered on MyBiznest must be legal where the business operates and where the customer receives it, must be accurately described, and must comply with the Terms of Service and the Business / Seller Agreement.

If something is restricted rather than banned, the business must hold every licence, registration, and permission required, and must comply with age and identity checks.

2. Prohibited outright

• Illegal drugs, controlled substances, precursors, and drug paraphernalia.
• Weapons, ammunition, explosives, and their components.
• Sexual services, escort services, and pornographic or sexually explicit content.
• Human body parts, human remains, and unlawful organ or fluid trading.
• Live animals, protected wildlife, ivory, and products from endangered species.
• Stolen goods, counterfeit items, replicas presented as genuine, and tools intended to bypass security or DRM.
• Hacked accounts, personal data sets, credentials, and hacking or surveillance services.
• Financial products, investment schemes, lending, crypto trading services, multi-level marketing, and get-rich-quick offerings.
• Gambling, betting, lotteries, and games of chance for money.
• Forged documents, fake identification, academic fraud, and impersonation services.
• Content or services promoting hate, violence, terrorism, self-harm, or exploitation of minors.
• Prescription medicines, unapproved medical devices, and treatments claiming to cure serious illness.
• Hazardous materials, radioactive substances, and unsafe recalled products.

3. Restricted — allowed only with proper authorisation

• Alcohol, tobacco, vaping, and other age-restricted goods, where lawful and with verified age checks.
• Cosmetic, medical, dental, and other regulated health or beauty treatments, performed by licensed practitioners.
• Legal, accounting, financial advisory, and immigration services, provided by properly qualified professionals.
• Childcare, tutoring, and care services, subject to required background checks and registrations.
• Trades such as electrical, gas, plumbing, and construction work requiring certification or insurance.
• Food preparation and catering, subject to food hygiene registration and safety rules.
• Firearms-adjacent items such as safes or cleaning supplies, where lawful and clearly described.

4. Listing conduct

• No misleading titles, prices, before-and-after imagery, or unverifiable claims.
• No listings created solely to redirect customers off-platform to avoid fees for transactions listed as payable online.
• No duplicate or spam listings, and no keyword stuffing to manipulate search.
• No content you do not own or have permission to use.

5. Enforcement

MyBiznest may remove or hide listings, disable online payments, restrict features, or suspend accounts that breach this policy, and may report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities.

Serious or repeated breaches result in permanent removal from the platform. Amounts already owed and records we must retain are unaffected by removal.

6. Reporting and changes

If you see a listing that breaches this policy, report it from the listing or through the Help Center. Reports are reviewed confidentially.
